Justus is the first residential tower in Amsterdam’s Sluisbuurt, rising 100 m with 33 storeys and 289 rental apartments.  Designed by de Architekten Cie., it combines sleek high-rise living with ground-floor amenities like horeca, fitness and civic spaces. The tower emphasises sustainability: green roofs, a rooftop terrace on the 24th floor, and connection to Sluisbuurt’s underground waste system.
